About Dreams Come True of JacksonvilleDreams Come True is celebrating 40 years as the locally based dream granting organization for local children battling life-threatening medical conditions. Since 1984, nearly 5,000 children have seen their dreams turned into realities. Dreams Come True works with various community partners to help in ensuring that no eligible child is denied a dream or placed on a waiting list due to financial shortfalls. In addition to granting dreams, Dreams Come True also provide support to children and families throughout their medical journey. This can include help over the holidays, tickets to events and meals.
