What differentiates you from the competition?We are volunteer-based, free to all, and equipped with a well-established model that works.
What are your top selling services or products that your company offers?We are a nonprofit. But support-groups for people with mental illness, as well as their families and loved ones, are our most notable service.
If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?If you are struggling, you don’t have to hide it and you don’t need to go it alone. And you don’t have to pay to get the support you need.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?Stigma is still a problem, but keeping pace with the growth in need also presents challenges that we are overcoming. Our longstanding helpline is now in a position to offer non-crisis support to callers into the new national 988 system.
