What differentiates you from the competition?I am a local Jacksonville native who is also licensed in Florida and Georgia. I host an emmy nominated television show and am very transactional. Since July of 2020, I have closed 225 homes for $80,000,000 as a single agent.

If you had one message to get across to future customers, what would it be?Trust. I am honest, loyal and ethical and treat all clients as if they are my only client. I combine my local expertise with my personal approach to have every transaction be smooth and succesful.
What is the biggest marketing challenge that you will face in the upcoming year?The biggest marketing challenge I will face is finding time to effectively market on all platforms. I am working to figure out which is the most effective and spend my marketing time and money there.
