Why did you choose your industry?My love for homes started early—with Barbies, forts, and drafting floor plans. I studied commercial interior design but longed for residential. When my parents sold my childhood home, I saw how personal real estate is. Later, my massage therapy background led me to help seniors navigate aging in place. With experience in healthcare, design, and real estate, I’m uniquely positioned to serve my clients and community. Helping people find home isn’t just my job—it’s my passion.

Who are your typical clients?My typical clients have primarily been seniors, often referred by family and friends. My background in massage therapy and experience in real estate naturally led me to help seniors navigate aging in place or transition to a new home. While I’ve worked with many seniors, I welcome the opportunity to assist buyers and sellers of all ages in Northeast Florida.

What do you like best about being in this industry?I love helping people, and real estate allows me to make a real difference in their lives. Guiding clients toward an easier, more fulfilling way of life is my passion. Seeing their happiness is what drives me, and if I can ease any struggles along the way, that’s the most rewarding part of what I do.

What are common problems you see?One of the biggest misunderstandings about REALTORS® is who we truly are. Many people think we’re just salespeople chasing commissions, but in reality, we’re ethical professionals who prioritize our clients’ needs above all else. We guide, protect, and serve—helping people make one of life’s biggest decisions with care and expertise.

What advice/tips do you have for clients?One of the best things you can do—no matter your stage in life—is to review your important documents. Check your deed for accuracy. If you’re divorced or a co-owner has passed, make sure your records reflect those changes. Do you have a Living Will, Power of Attorney, or guardianship designation? Are they up to date? Planning ahead not only protects your future but also makes things easier for your loved ones. Life is unpredictable—being prepared is key.

When is your busy season?Spring is so busy!

What keeps you up at night?I always strive to prevent delays or complications for my clients. Since I primarily work with seniors, any challenges can have a major impact. That’s why I stay proactive, anticipate issues & do everything in my power to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience. Their well-being is my top priority

How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?I market myself by building genuine relationships within my community and networking with groups that serve my demographic. My business has grown through referrals from family, friends, and past clients. I stay engaged locally, ensuring people know I’m a trusted resource for their real estate needs.

How involved are you in the community?My biggest role in the community is supporting seniors and their families through life transitions. Whether it’s downsizing, moving to a new home, or navigating next-level care, I understand how overwhelming the process can be. With my deep connections and experience in serving this community, I’m here to make the journey easier and less stressful for everyone involved.

What is your favorite not for profit or charity?Children of the World Preschool in St. Petersburg, FL. It helps immigrant and refugee children and their families from around the world.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business?Real estate is not for the faint of heart—there’s no set blueprint, and it can be stressful. But if you have patience, perseverance, and a true desire to help people, it can be incredibly rewarding. For me, guiding clients through major life transitions, like downsizing or moving into care, makes all the hard work worth it.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?I love hanging with my bf and our dogs!! Detective Freddy Bones is just amazing, best boy in the world and we now have a 9 month old Frenchie!! Our daily life is so much fun with these two and the Puppy keeps us laughing!! Frenchies are hilarious- there are no words to express how wild these silly dogs are! All good times!
