How long have you been in your industry?15 years
Why did you choose your industry?I chose consulting and coaching because there’s so much to uncover within human behavior and how we can improve our lives. I truly believe that we all have the potential to live extraordinary lives, where anything is possible. It starts with expanding self-awareness and taking ownership of key areas like health, relationships, finances, and emotional well-being. By doing this, weaccess our full potential and create a life we truly deserve.
Who are your typical clients? My clients are high-performing women entrepreneurs or those in leadership roles. I help them pursue their passion for achievement, not just in business, but across all areas of their lives, career, relationships, emotions, personal well-being, and financially. Through breakthroughs, they unlock the next level of success and fulfillment, empowering them to thrive in every aspect of life.
What do you like best about being in this industry? What I love most about being in this industry is the opportunity to hold space for my clients as they transform their lives, helping them achieve not only financial goals but also long-lasting fulfillment. It’s incredibly rewarding to guide them toward a life beyond what they could have imagined, where true success goes beyond just money.
What are common problems you see?A common issue in this industry is that many programs are structured based on the coach's personal experience, which doesn't always align with each client's unique path. Additionally, many programs only scratch the surface leading to slower progress. True transformation requires going deeper to address the emotional and unconscious roots of the challenges individuals face, including their money.
What advice/tips do you have for clients? My advice is to start by expanding self-awareness daily. Many aren't aware of how their relationship with money connects to their emotional, social, and physical state, influencing every decision. Take time 2-4 times a day to notice your thoughts, feelings, physical reactions, and behaviors. This intentional practice opens your awareness, empowering you to make conscious decisions and reduce reactivity to your environment.
When is your busy season? My busy season tends to be at the start of the year, when many people set new goals and are eager to make positive changes. I also see an increase in demand during times of transition, such as when clients are leveling up in their businesses or personal lives. These moments spark a desire for deeper transformation, and I’m excited to help them navigate that.
What keeps you up at night? What keeps me up at night? As a high-performing woman myself, I’ve experienced the sleepless nights, overwhelmed by to-do lists. But through the work I do, I’ve learned how to calm my mind, so it’s rare now. Occasionally, if I have an exciting event, I might wake up from anticipation.
How do you market yourself to grow/expand your business?I market my business through a variety of channels, including social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), my podcast Insightful Wealth, speaking engagements, and in-person networking events. These platforms allow me to connect with my audience, share valuable insights, and expand my reach.
How involved are you in the community?I'm actively involved in the community through two impactful organizations. I provide in-kind services to Girls of Virtue, empowering young women through mentorship and education. Additionally, I serve as a board member for Leadership Embedded Academy, helping guide their mission to develop strong, future leaders in our community.
What is your favorite not for profit or charity? My favorite not for profit is The TED Foundation, because it encourages thought leadership. TED (Technology, Entertainment, and Design) hosts talks that provoke thought, inspire change, and drive innovation across a wide variety of fields. Their initiatives, such as TEDx events, empower individuals to share new ideas and foster discussions that challenge conventional thinking and inspire action.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of getting into this business? My advice is to focus on becoming an expert to produce extraordinary results. Seek mentorship and expand your knowledge to help clients see what they can’t on their own. Be authentic, bold, and fearless in believing in yourself and your value. Most importantly, have fun, celebrate wins, and embrace the business side as much as the coaching.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?In my free time, I love to travel, explore new places and cultures, and learn new things. I enjoy hiking, being surrounded by nature, reading, dancing, and spending quality time with family. I also prioritize meditating and journaling to reflect and stay grounded. These activities help me recharge and stay connected to what matters most.
