Daniel Rudez

Founder of Rudez Law (Rudez PL)

For more than 15 years, Dan Rudez has led Rudez Law with a steadfast commitment to serving individuals and businesses through meaningful, results-driven legal counsel. His passion for helping others has been the driving force throughout his career—beginning with his early work in public service and continuing through his dedication to guiding clients through significant legal matters.

Originally drawn to government work out of a desire to make a positive difference, Dan earned both his B.A. in Political Science and M.A. in Public Administration/Policy Analysis from the University of Florida. He went on to serve in state and local government roles, where he developed a deep understanding of policy, governance, and public needs. That experience revealed a greater calling—to work directly with individuals and businesses, providing the legal support that can change lives.

After earning his law degree and gaining admission to the Florida Bar, Dan founded Rudez Law (Rudez PL) to realize that vision. He considers it a privilege to advocate for his clients and to help them navigate pivotal legal challenges with clarity, compassion, and integrity.

Dan is deeply connected to his community, serving as:

  • Co-Founder & Board Director – Lake Nona Regional Chamber of Commerce
  • Co-Founder & President – Balkan Business Network
  • Former President – Downtown Leads Group, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Metro Orlando

He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Proud of his Croatian heritage, Dan cherishes every opportunity to visit the region. Away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, embracing family moments that inspire his work and purpose.

Education:

B.A., Political Science – University of Florida (1995–1999)

M.A., Public Administration/Policy Analysis – University of Florida (1999–2001)
